Twenty years into his stay in Japan, Serge has dedicated his life to one mission: to utilize his extensive experience and knowledge to share his passion about Japan with people - people around the globe who have the same dreams that he had once seen. Bringing together a team of passionate orientalists under his leadership, he is now dedicated to show the best of his beloved country to you.

At the young age of 16, Alex decided that he had found his calling. He made up his mind to immerse himself in Oriental studies in hopes that it would someday lead him to Japan. Nowadays, Alex is excited about further promoting interesting tours in Japan with his ever-growing team. He is looking forward to your arrival in Japan, and is convinced that you, too, will enjoy this magical land as he always has.

Mai’s burning passion for Japan led her to start a pet project “I Love Japan” which focuses on tourism promotion for abroad customers. Mai visited countless places around the country and brought the new brand name to live. Mai’s desire to share her knowledge and experience with everyone brought her to join the iLoveJapanTours team as a marketing manager who delivers our brand far beyond Japan.
